    Title: Unit-1 Hello! My name is Meg. Procedures / Strategies / Activities


    Themes: -- to be able to know how to introduce 1st Period
    themselves and greet each other.  Introducing the characters ( Meg, Tom, Andy, Sue, Princess,
    Otto ) of the text book with flashcards by telling the children
    Structures: -- How many…?/ Is it a…?/ He is little? that they have new friends. (5mins)
    She is big./ Hello! I am…/How many  Playing passing ( flashcards ) game to make the children
    colours do you know?/What is it?/ familiar with their new friends. (10mins)
    Can you count 1 to 10?  Listening to tape (1) on Pb pg-6 (5 mins)
    Outcomes: --Students will know what is big or  Making masks of the characters and the children wear the
    little. masks to practice the dialogue on pg – 6 and 7 ( 15mins )
    --Students will realize different colours  Reading the speech bubbles in group ( 15mins )
    and counting numbers.
    -- Students will improve their reading 2nd Period
    skill  Singing “Hello” song (5mins)
    -- Students will know how to introduce  Wearing the children the masks of the characters and
    themselves and how to greet each reading the speech bubbles. (10mins)
