A Video Conference was held on 18.5.2023 to review selected TRD failures for the
month of April'2023 wherein officers from Railway Board, RDSO and Zonal Railways had participated.
Discussion on analysis of the selected TRD failures is as follows:

jumper earthed to TI/MI/0048, Rev.02 and until the modification it is to be ensured that
Gantry channel due to existing LA disconnector jumper should not touch gantry channel in

Action plan for A~lT ~~in~;-;xTsling 1-a"5-~mm2 isolator jumper to be replaced with 160
replacement of lsolator mm2 jumper within 2023-24. Concerned store department must take
Jumper ( 160 mm2). special initiative to procure 160 mm2 jumper and its associated fitting
within minimum possible time.
