“The Impact of a positive mind set, towards the mental health of young adults in Asia”

The lives of young individuals in Asia are clearly much somehow shouldered with a lot of
expectations and morals towards their career. And the statistics showed that the continent has a
high number of stress level, making some of them fatigued and others more tired in the long run. So,
in this research, I wanted to investigate and to look over the possibilities of how a positive mind set
could/would give an impact towards the young adults of Asia, as a help to their daily lives.

To answer more of my inquiries and to the inquiries of others that are similar to mine. The more i
dive into the topic, the more that i gain interest towards this case. In fact, I could feel a lot of grown
men on my surroundings being stressed and weary about their adult lives. They are dealing with
these problems that normally mature people face on their day-to-day basis, and i empath that their
is exhaustion from all of these.

To lighten things up i wanted to convince the audience that having a positive mind set could change
massively. In terms of our routine, our views, and most importantly the lives of every individual. I
believe that this study will be a great help not only to the researchers, but to all of us being affected
by stress and exhaustion. Once this study was proved, we could use this too as a reference for more
future research.
