INTRODUCTION
Work Immersion is a Senior High School Curriculum course that entails practical
work experience or a work simulation. In which students can use their competencies and
gain knowledge related to their track. This course will enable students to put their
expertise or applied topic competencies. To use in real-world work settings, employment
simulations, and general workplace adjustment.
Work immersion is used to provide students with information about the courses they
will be taking. Which will be valuable when they are in the actual setting of a certain
career. Immersions aim to provide students with new skill sets while also improving their
present ones. Students may also discover themselves and begin their development as
professionals through immersion.
Immersion trains students how to accomplish these goals by allowing them to work
alongside and be supervised by professionals and extremely innovative individuals. These
individuals can motivate students to uncover their own potential. It can also help students
to improve their communication and social skills. Students will also acquire greater
cognitive flexibility, showing improved attention management, memory, and problem-
solving abilities.
