1. Disconnect 2 Connectors.

2. Remove 1 pcs. of Screw 1 (Bind M3x6)

3. Remove 3 pcs. of Screw 2 (UD semusu M4 X 10 Black ).


(The Screws are attached to Validator unit by stopper.)

Disassembling
4. Pull up the Shaft direction to upward.
5. Pull off Validator Unit from position pin with holding the unit to the right.
6. Remove Validator unit.

Reassembling
Maintenance Reassemble the unit in reverse order to disassembling.

Reassembling
1. Reassemble the parts in reverse order to disassembling.

Note:
When Hopper Cover is mounted, secure it while pushing up the hopper cover. Be
sure the top position of Hopper Cover is projected from Hopper Plate and the
notes do not get stack with the gap.

When Feed Unit is replaced, perform following adjustment according adjustment


standard.
1. Adjustment of Sensor.
2. Adjustment of Drive (THM)
3. Adjustment of the Gap of Feed Roller
(Refer to Adjustment Standard.)

Disassembling
1. Remove Rear Cover.
2. Disconnect all connectors on Main CPU Board.
3. Dismount Main CPU Board by removing 4 pcs. of Screws.
4. Remove Security Chip and mount it to the board to be used.
5. Set DS1 to DS4 according to the replaced board.

Reassembling
1. Reassemble the parts in reverse order to disassembling.

When the battery was replaced to new one, perform following sensor.
1. 4-2-8-1 Adjustment of Sensor.
2. 4-2-9-1 Adjustment of Drive.
3. 3-4 Serial Code Setting.
4. Date and Time setting in operation mode.

Maintenance Disassembling

1. Open Front Door and dismount Board Cover of Display Board.
2. Disconnect the connector of the battery on Main Board. Cut the Locl Tie and
remove the battery.
(Main Board)
3. Dismount Rear Cover.
4. Disconnect Connector of battery on Main Board. Cut the Locl Tie and remove
the battery.

Reassembling
Reassemble the parts in reverse order to disassembling.

When battery on Main CPU Board was replaced while power is off, perform
following.

4-2-8-1 Adjustment of Sensor.


4-2-9-1 Adjustment of Drive.
Set date and time by operation mode.

Note: In case battery is replaced while power off, above setting remains.

3. Disconnect part of connectors.
4. Remove screw for FG wire.
5. Remove Power Supply Unit.
6. Remove Stacking Motor Drive Board.

Reassemble the parts in reverse order to disassembling.
