Vianaar was founded in 2007, envisioning all to live a life
surrounded by stunning vistas of greens, sea, sky, and
clean air. From the initial days, Founders, Varun Nagpal
and Naina Nagpal, relied on innovation, contemporary
designs, premium quality in construction, and most
importantly, client requirements to craft the company
story. This journey has been made possible through
strategic partners, who have excelled from planning to
execution. We oversee every aspect of development
and have delivered successful ventures in Reis Magos,
Anjuna, Vagator, Salvador Do Mundo, Assagao, and
Siolim. Vianaar homes are designed, crafted, and
constructed to international specifications with special
attention paid to location. With an unparallel
commitment to customer satisfaction we extend house-
keeping, hospitality, and concierge services too.
 Set in a quiet gated community designed to
ensure the highest level of privacy and intimate
proximity to nature, our villas are a homage to
Indo-Portuguese architecture.

Each villa is accompanied by its own private pool

and garden, accessible through a verandah
which opens into cavernous living and dining
spaces on the ground floor. Just a floor above,
you will find comfortable en-suite bedrooms with
a wide terrace suitable for evenings spent in the
company of a book.

We meticulously designed the floor layout of

each villa, thoughtfully placing doors and win-
dows in spots that allow natural light and fresh
air to flood your spaces; blurring the lines be-
tween the indoors and outdoors.

Much before construction, we design our projects

around mature trees and the region's existing
vegetation. We transplant our trees as much as we can
and ensure they continue to grow. During construction,
we reduce our carbon footprint utilizing sustainable
materials like terrazzo flooring and fly ash bricks.

Once the project is finished, our housekeeping staff of

locals from surrounding villages use eco-friendly
cleaning products and ensure compost generated from
organic waste is used to further nourish your gardens.
We have also taken steps to conserve water using tap
aerators and drip irrigation.
