FATING SCHEDULE FOR A WEEK The following two weekly schedules are designed to demonstrate the proper ways to combine foods at different seasons of the year. The first week's schedule covers foods available in Spring and Sum- mer. The second week's schedule covers foods available in Fall and Winter. Use these merely as guides and learn to prepare your own menus.
