TOFU DUMPLING

Ingredients:

Green Onions Cornstarch

Tofu Vinegar

Oil Gochujang

Oyster Sauce Garlic Chili Oil

Pepper Wrapper

Procedure:

1. Chopped the green onions, take a pan and put the green onions
2. Take your extra firm tofu, and mash it with both hands until it looks like ground meat
3. Season with oyster sauce and pepper
4. Add a tablespoon of cornstarch, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes

Procedure for sauce:

1. In bowl, put vinegar, gochujang garlic chili oil, sesame seeds and add some water

Procedure in rapping:

1. Use any brand of dumpling wrapper


2. In a wrapper, put about half tablespoon of the tofu filling
3. You can dub some water so it would stick together
4. Just seal in the edges and make sure not to drop it
5. Just do what fold you want to do

Procedure in cooking the dumplings:

1. And now you can cook your dumpling in a boiling water for 4-6 minutes
