DearParents, We are very happy to have your child in the UMMAH School for Quraan & Sunnah Education Program.Webelievethatbyallofusworkingtogetherwecanmakethisaverysuccessfulprogram. OurgoalistokeepourchildrenattachedtoQuraanandSunnah. It is important that you and your child be informed of our standards of classroom behavior so everyone knows what is expected. In the following you will find our program rules. If your child develops any difficulty conforming to the rules, we will notify you. As well, we hope that you will adviseusifatanytimeyourchildhasaproblem,academicoremotional. RespectingtheLawsandRegulations 1 EverystudentmustfollowandobeytherulesandprinciplesofIslam. 2 Everystudentshouldcometoschoolontime.Studentswhodonotfulfillthistermwillnotbe allowedtoattendtheschoolonlateday. 3 Studentsshouldbefreefrominfectiousandcommunicablediseases. 4 Studentsshouldleavetheschoolontime(1:30pm)andtheirparentsorridemustbepresent shortlybeforetheendtime.Theschoolisnotresponsibleforstudentswhostayafterschool time.ItisIMPORTANTtoknowthattheschoolwillclosedoorsontime. 5 As we are using both MMA and UMMAH Masjid as a place for our school, students have to respecttherulesandtokeepthetwobuildingsclean. 6 Studentsare not allowed toleavethe school before theendofthedaywithouta legitimate reason. 7 Thereisamonthlyfee($20incash)thathastobepaidinthebeginningofeverymonth. 8 Children under five years are not accepted at the school and they are not permitted at all duringtheschooltime. 9 Parentswillbewarnedtwicethenactionwillbetakeniftheirchildrenbreaktherulesordo notfulfilltheirdutiesanddotheirhomework. 10 Food or drinks are permitted only during the break and it will be in the basement of the conservatory MaterialsneededforSchool 1 Allnecessarymaterialsrequestedbytheschoolshouldbebroughttoschool(e.g.,notebook, Quraan, homework, recommended source materials). Other unnecessary materials are not allowedintheschool. 2 Materialsotherthanmentionedinarticle1(e.g.,toys,games...etc.)arenotallowedinschool. SchoolUniformandDressCode 3 Every student (boy or a girl) should attend school wearing proper clothes that match the Islamicregulations.
