2. TDPO: Discovered at around 6:00 o’clock in the morning of May 18, 2023, at Ms. Jessie’s

Chane El store situated at Poblacion 2, Tanauan City, Batangas.

VICTIM: JESSIE BALAJAYA, Filipino, single, a businesswoman, owner of Chane El

Store, and a resident of Poblacion 2, Tanauan City, Batangas.

STOLEN ITEMS: New tailored clothes and expensive jewelries worth more or less one

hundred thousand (100,000).


SUSPECTS: JOHN LESTER MENDOZA, 27 years old, LOUIE JAY MALABANAN, 27

years old, JERIC GONZALES, 28 years old, and CHRISPHER RODELAS, 26 years old,

residents of Malvar, Batangas.

3. FACTS OF THE CASE:

That on or about 7:00 in the morning, last week, May 18 of the current year, a Ms. Jessie

Balajaya came at our station to report a robbery that happened in her fashion store at Poblacion

2, Tanauan City, Batangas. She brought to the office a copy of the CCTV which recorded the

crime. Investigation disclosed that at around 9:00 the victim closed her store and go home.

Around 1:30 o'clock in the morning of May 18, the four suspects forcibly open the back door

using a metal bat which could be seen at the CCTV recording. The suspects successfully opened

the back door and quickly entered the store. At around 2:00 o'clock in the morning, the four

suspects got out of the store carrying bags full of different items, which according to the

investigation are jewelries and new tailored clothes. At around 6:00 o'clock in the morning, Mr.

Marvin Fetalvero, one of the staffs of the victim came to the store through the backdoor and

noticed that the door was forcibly opened. The above-mentioned name, quickly informed Ms.

Balajaya about the crime. Upon knowing, the victim rushed to the store and confirmed the

robbery as well as the amount stolen which could be sum up to 100,000. Motive of the said

incident is for personal gained.

4. ACTION TAKEN:

Upon the search operation, the police obtained the following evidence: the metal bat used

to forcibly open the back door, the bags used to store the stolen jewelries and clothes, some
jewelries, and clothes with the store's brand. The police also kept the original copy of CCTV

recording of the incident. Case of the robbery was taken action against the above-named suspects

thru regular filing of the court.
