Uses (factional requirements and technical requirements)
-The building will provide Ms Ngobeni with a shelter from weather, a living space, a place to store belongings on, security and privacy. Technical requirements Security- we will do the following to increase security on site. (i) Implement a signing in and signing out procedure By doing this we will know who is and isn't on-site. If there is a fire or other emergency, we must account for everyone on your property. This also means that at the conclusion of the shift, you'll know who has signed out and can ensure the site is safe. (ii) Making use of badges or hard hat stickers Badges and hard hat stickers can be used to rapidly identify authorized employees on the job site. This makes it simpler to determine who is supposed to be there, who has been initiated, and who is safe on the premises. (iii) Securing and monitoring entrances Secure and monitor entry points to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the site. It is simpler for unauthorised persons to obtain entry if anyone may walk into the property without being challenged. (iv) Supervising the visitors Ensuring that the guests are supervised at all times on the premises. These are not unauthorized individuals, but they may be unfamiliar with the risks or security measures. (v) If the site is empty on weekends or holidays, extra safeguards, such as CCTV or security patrols will be utilised. (vi) Extra precautions We will take extra measures if the site is near a school or in a densely populated area. (vii) Immobilisation When not in use and unsupervised, immobilize all vehicles and plant. Keys should never be left with mobile plant, equipment, or vehicles. (viii) Power tools, supplies, and equipment should also be kept safely and out of sight. Anything that could entice a thief will be kept out of sight of the site's perimeter. (ix) Harzadorous substances will be locked away in designated storages
