MY FITNESS PLAN

Habla un poco de tu nivel de condición física, entrenamientos, hábitos de salud…etc

My physical condition is low, I usually get very tired when I exercise, or when I do
activities, I usually eat healthy food although I do not complement it with exercise,
currently I only exercise in high school and when I do sports for fun.

Put on weight I really want to lose weight.

Body fat decrease also body fat decrease.

Improve your health improving my health is the most important for me.

I have not started my plan yet, but I want to start soon, I am really motivated,
because I want to lose fat and lose weight to lead a healthier life.
