20th March 2023 Pre-Production I need to complete my statement of 25th March 2023 23rd March 2023
aims so I know my overall plan for
this project. I am hoping that I can
finish it by Friday however I’d prefer it
to be completed on Thursday. If any
other work comes along, I’ll need to
get that finished also.
21st March 2023 Pre-Production I have now gotten more work related 25th March 2023 23rd March 2023
to slow motion research so therefore
I haven’t have time to do my
statement of aims. I completed the
colour theory work however still
need to complete the slow motion
research by the end of the week.
23rd March 2023 Pre-Production I completed the statement of aims 27th March 2023 27th March 2023
and my slow motion research. Now I
need to create my form for primary
research.
27th March 2023 Pre-Production I now need to collect responses for 9th April 2023 17th April 2023
my form. I’m aiming for 50 responses
on my survey like I got previously on
unit 7 and then I need to start
analysing this. I need to get this done
by the end of easter preferably.
18th April 2023 Pre-Production I need to book the two cameras 18th April 2023 20th April 2023
necessary and the studio in order for
me to be able to film on the week of
1st May – 7th May.
20th April 2023 Pre-Production Complete the pre-production 1st May 2023 25th April 2023
documents in order for me to start
recording May 1st onwards. This
needs to be done soon in order for
me to start my production.
24th April 2023 Pre-Production Book the cameras out and book out 1st May 2023 25th April 2023
the studio so I can film. The other
one isn’t going to happen due to
confusion. (Update: I have booked it
out for Tuesday 9th May for the entire
morning).
24th April 2023 Pre-Production I need to figure out what colour 26th April 2023 25th April 2023
clothing I’m going to use for the
lighting through my own experiment
and I still need to complete my pre-
production documents and my music
research.
25th April 2023 Pre-Production I need to do research based on what 27th April 2023 26th April 2023
Isaac is going to wear during the
production. I am going to do an
experiment with my light in my room
on different coloured fabrics
2nd May 2023 Pre-Production I need to learn about filming a 16:9 8th May 2023 4th May 2023
ratio on the video cameras and
update the production schedule. I
need to do more research of other
art installations too.

4th May 2023 Pre-Production I need to actually purchase my props. 9th May 2023 8th May 2023
This needs to be done before the
production so we aren’t delayed. I’ve
got the studio on the 9th May so I
need to make sure I have everything
by then.
4th May 2023 Exhibition Mike has sent us a form which we 19th May 2023 22nd May 2023
need to fill out for the college. This is (There was an
for them purchasing anything we extension to this
need like equipment or props for our day thankfully)
exhibition. We get up to £15 and I
need to submit it soon.
9th May 2023 Production Complete my recording in the studio 9th May 2023 9th May 2023
for my production. This is my only
day of having the cameras or studio
booked therefore I need to make sure
everything is done. I think I have
everything covered if anything goes
wrong however it still needs to be
done today.
9th May 2023 Post- I need to edit my video clips next 11th May 2023 11th May 2023
production time. Filming went relatively well
today but I need to now edit these
clips together to make my art piece. I
ideally want the edit itself done by
the end of the week but the
research/development finished early
next week.
11th May 2023 Post- I have completed my edit and now I 19th May 2023 18th May 2023
production need to complete the
research/development section for
the edit displaying what I did during
it. This needs to be done by the end
of next week so I can submit the
project before the conclusion section
is done next week.
15th May 2023 Pre-production I need to re-complete my pre- 19th May 2023 17th May 2023
production documents alongside the
research/development section now
since they aren’t up to date with
what I just did, due to date changes,
etc.
16th May 2023 Pre-production I need to rearrange my entire 19th May 2023 18th May 2023
website due to some confusion and
since Weebly is extremely slow this is
going to take longer than I hoped.
There’s much bigger priority things to
do than this however so I want it
done by the end of the week
(submission).
17th May 2023 Pre-production There’s not many more things I need 19th May 2023 18th May 2023
to do before my conclusion now
however I still need to do some
research on different types of
looping, form a conclusion on the
main primary research and I need to
put the final result of my edit onto
Weebly. If I have any extra time
tomorrow I would like to review my

through drawings/notes whilst
explaining everything I need to
purchase as props/equipment for the
6th. This needs to be submitted before
then however.
