At first, we should have a healthy body so we must take care of it through eating healthy
food, avoiding junk food and alcohol drink.
Secondly, we need to do regular exercise to help maintain good health. Exercise can keeps
body fit and active. Jogging and walking are good forms of exercise.
Next to, maintain good health,we must go to bed early and wake up early. As it is said that
early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy, wealth and wise .
In conclusion,we should take care of our health.Having good health is of cone importance
to hum an happiness.
