Introduction

This chapter discusses how the study was carried out. It discusses the data
collection methods, research limitation, data analysis, and results.

About the company


In 2004, talabat was created by a group of entrepreneurs, with a vision to make

Talabat is a leading online food delivery service that operates in Kuwait, Saudi
Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt and Iraq.
They seamlessly connect customers with their favorite restaurants. It takes just
few taps from their platform to place an order from your favorite place.
They simply take your submitted order and send it to the restaurant through a
completely automated process, so you don’t have to deal with all the hassle of
ordering, and they make sure that you receive your order on time, every-time.

Data Collection Methods


The dependent variable was organizational performance while the independent
variable suggested by the literature was motivation. The main overall hypothesis
in this study proposed a significant relationship between motivation and
organization performance. Thus, a survey was developed to assess the impact of
the motivation on organizational performance. The first part was about 9
question was designed to collect some data about how motivation implement in
the organization. The second part of the survey was 8 questions and designed to
measure the performance in the organization.
Research Limitation
The study focuses on the data gathered only from employee in Cairo, Egypt.
The time allocated for the study was from October 2022 to May 2023.The desire
to keep the survey/questionnaire simple and brief may limit the received
information.

Summary
This chapter contain information about the company and the data
collection methods and analyses every question in survey by graph to
make it clear to understand.
