    I am Marilyn Escueta, to represent my interest in resolving this matter. This letter serves as an
    official demand for terminating their contract and to return the initial down payment to
    Php 344, 000.00.

    If there is no response to this letter by 23 rd of May 2023, all legal rights shall be explored, including, but
    not limited to, legal proceedings accordance with the law .

    This notice of demand serves as an official notice and may be tendered in court as evidence of your
    failure to cooperate.

    We hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
