TRAINEE’S MONTHLY LOG REPORT FORM

Assignments:
I was assigned in Counter Area I encounter a lot of customers I am assisting them to their reservation
asking if the food is good or asking for their comments, Kitchen Area I am assisting them in their needs
and also cooking lastly I also check the stocks to replenish the needed/out of stock ingredients.

Responsibilities:
In the first day we had a meeting for our daily menu planning which I suggest my food specialty and
revising the menu. The second day I was Preparing the food and the beverages of the customers Then the
third day I was assign in Counter Area when that I was giving the clients bill and receiving the clients
payment. The fourth day I was monitoring the departments performance if we did great or not lastly I was
checking the ingredients that may be need to restock or replenish .
Acquired knowledge:

In my first week I learn a lot of things especially in my department where everyone showed their skill and

ingenuity to do each job well. I also learned that we should not rush all the work where when we are in a

hurry we may make a mistake in this work we should be more efficient and skillful .

Problems met:
No encouraged problems.
