EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 6 SERIES OF 2020

AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD

AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH LAW IMPLEMENTING TEAM
WHEREAS, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has repeatedly declared the intensified implementation
of National Program on Population and Family Planning (NPPFP) as a national policy and priority
strategy;

WHEREAS, in the President’s 10-Point Economic Agenda, he strategically and explicitly included
the full implementation of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health (RPRH) Law to
enable, especially the poor couples, to be informed of the choices on financial and family planning;

WHEREAS, DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-132 dated October 7, 2020 provides guidelines
for the establishment of the Implementing Teams of the RPRH Law in the LGUs;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Patricio M. Arcega , Punong Barangay of Brgy. Luyos, Tanauan City, by
virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby order the following:

Section 1: Organizing the Barangay Responsible Reproductive Health Law Implementing Team

The Responsible Reproductive Health Law Implementing Team of Brgy. Luyos, Tanauan
City is hereby organized with the following composition:

Chairman: Hon. Patricio M. Arcega, Punong Barangay

Members: E. Joey L. Balba, Brgy. Secretary

Severo Carandang, Brgy. Treasurer

Eduardo Mangilin, Brgy. Nutrition Scholar

Bella C. Ramos, Brgy. Health Worker

Head Secretariat: E. Joey L. Balba, Brgy. Secretary

Section 2: Functions of the Responsible Reproductive Health Law Implementing Team

The Barangay Responsible Reproductive Health Law Implementing Team shall perform the
following functions:

1. Conduct regular meetings and special meetings when necessary;

2. Formulate policies necessary to promote the Programs on Population and Family
Planning which will cater the basic needs of men and women;
3. Prepare Annual Work and Financial Plan (AWFP);
4. Prepare and submit Semestral Accomplishment Report based on AWFP.
Section 3. Repealing Clause. This Executive Order repeals or supersedes other existing orders
relating to the organization of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Law
Implementing Team.

Section 4. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
