Desc: Inspired from the chip in which data is being processed and flowed. Triangle is from the the old
logo, I believed that it has huge impact to your organization. and T is for TITL which provides service
and information to the its end users.

Objective
The logo design competition is to create a unique and visually impactful logo that represents Tobago
Information Technology Limited (TITL), a company specializing in Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) Services.
 
Including (but not limited to):
Technology solutions
Hardware sales and support services
Contact Centre outsourcing
ICT-related training and certification
Web and software development/hosting
The logo should reflect TITL’s core values of leadership, stakeholder focus, innovation, accountability,
and teamwork while also conveying a sense of technological expertise and professionalism.
 
Design Requirements:
1. The logo should incorporate elements that reflect TITL’s core values, mission, and services.
2. The design should be visually appealing, easily recognizable, and scalable for use across various
platforms, including print and digital media.
3. The logo should be versatile enough to work in both full colour and black and white.
4. The design should not include any copyrighted material or stock imagery.

Rules
The competition is open to all interested individuals, schools, and organizations, except Staff and
Board Members of Tobago Information Technology Limited.
The logo design must incorporate elements of blue and should be relevant to our brand. There are no
other restrictions on the design, except that it must be original and not use any copyrighted or
offensive content.
All entries must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). The file size should not exceed
5MB, and a short description of the design must be included in the submission.
All entries will become the property of Tobago Information Technology Limited. By entering the
competition, it is agreed that TITL retains all rights to the chosen Logo, and that any and all goodwill
associated with the Logos vests in TITL. Tobago Information Technology Limited does not bind itself
to use the winning design in its entirety and may modify or adapt the design as needed.
The deadline for submission is 9th May 2023. Entries received after the deadline will not be
considered.
The winner of the competition will receive a laptop computer, and once associated with an
organization, the organization will receive a cash prize of $3,000.00.

Tobago Information Technology Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply
with the rules and requirements of the competition.

time.
