I. Introduction

Nachos are a Mexican culinary dish consisting of fried corn tortilla chips or totopos
covered with cheese or cheese sauce, as well as a variety of other toppings and garnishes, often
including meats (such as ground beef or grilled chicken), vegetables (such as chili peppers,
lettuce, tomatoes, and olives)

A. The Business Concept and The Business Model

We will be selling high quality Mexican food at the lowest prices available. We will
differentiate ourselves by having a passionate attitude with our food preparation. We will have
many opportunities to expand our operations to many new locations where high quality food at
low cost is scarce. Our business will offer is that we will provide high quality ingredients at low
cost and we will offer convenience to consumers who are in rush. We will have a wider
availability of menu options for a variety of diets including vegetarians and picky eaters. We will
have a hip atmosphere in our restaurants. Our customers will leave our restaurant happy.

B. The Business Goals: Vision, Mission, Objective and Performance Target

Goals:
Nacho'licious aims to satisfied our customers and to earned profit by selling a good quality
of Nacho'licious Vision Nacholicious vision is to be one of the most successful affordable chips
that will people talk about. Mission Nachos mission is to provide a high-quality product at a fair
price. That would still allow the business to make enough money and for consumers to
recognize our product.

• To provide opportunities to answer their questions

II. Executive Summary
The snack industry is ever growing. Consumers can choose from a variety of snacks,
each one in particular will present a different experience to them. People love chips, it is one of
their favorite snacks. It is a product that is delicious and fun to eat. We will surely make the
customers feel excited not just because of its fun name, but also because of the taste of the
product itself.

Our distribution plan will be primarily at the canteen of Senior High. Students are always hungry
and love snacks. Our product will be the one that will satisfy their needs. Not only our product is
satisfying when it comes to its taste, it will also be affordable since our target market is known
for not having much money.

Nacholicious is the product that we will be introducing to the food market. It is the newest
chips in a market eager for new tastes and varieties. We, at Nacholicious believe that our
product will create a new standard in the market of snacks. With our proposal, we offer you the
chance to eat and join an industry with a strong trend of growth.
