WHEREAS, there is provided in the Quezon City Budget for Fiscal Year 1998 an appropriation in the amount of Five Million Two Hundred Thirty-One ‘Thousand Sixty-Four Pesos (P5,231,064.00) for the operational expenses of the Novaliches District Hospital, WHEREAS, included in said appropriation is the amount covering the salaries for fifty (50) positions the occupants of which will comprise the staff of said hospital; WHEREAS, it is now imperative to create the said positions to make the hospital fully operational, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF QUEZON CITY IN SESSION ASSEMBLED: SECTION 1. There is hereby created fifly (50) positions with corresponding, salaries for personnel who will comprise the staff’ of the Novaliches District Hospital as listed in the attached Personnel Schedule consisting of two (2) pages which document is marked as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof, SECTION 2.
