SOCIAL&LEGALCOMPLIANCEMANAGEMENT

1. Responsible for managing the entire gamut of Social and Labor Standards across the Supply Chain of the
Facility.
2. Ensure Code of Conduct Process and Labour Policies and systems are adhered and mitigate any risks
which are being observed in the same.
3. Conduct Internal checks and audits across the Supply chain to ensure that adherence to the Ethical Trade
Initiatives are being followed like Freedom of Association, checks on Child Labour compliances, Equal
Remuneration, Working Conditions, No Gender Discrimination & adherence to Buyer COC.
4. Ensure the Compliance checks on statutory laws of the land like All legal documentation involving all
Factory Licenses, Approved layouts, Stability, Environmental Consent CTO & CTE, Standing orders, Fire
NOC, PF, LWF, PT, ESIC Inspections records.
5. Hands on Experience in executing and conducting checks on Wages and Compensation w.r.t adherence
to Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Maternity Benefits, leave, Full and final, Overtime, payment of wages act,
Bonus and other social welfare benefits.
6. Ensuring the Compliance on Contract Labour management for Large Setups involving more than 1000+
Contractual Labour. Ensuring timely Registration of Contractors, checks on labour count as per the License
issued. Maintain all the Statutory compliances like wage register, fine, bonus, personal files, ID Cards for
contract labour.

7. Conduct trainings on Buyer COC and ETI Base Code, WRAP Principles, company Policies on fare
wages, freedom of association, Prevention of sexual harassment at work place and health and safety for
workers and staff across the supply chain. Also ensuring that the COC standards and ETI Codes are
adhered by third party vendor involved in the supply chain process by conducting internal and external
audits.

5. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence,
changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
6. Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government
regulations.
7. Finalization and termination of contractors.
8. Contractor`s audit on as per Supplier Control Plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly etc.)
Industrial Relations& Government liaison:
1. Liaison with diff. Government offices.
2. Ensure to timely renewal process of statutory documents; Factory License, RC, Fire NOC, Contractor
License, Petroleum Installation License, Building Stability Certificate and other yearly/half yearly docs
through 3rd party competent person.
3. Ensure to timely submit of different statutory return.
4.Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations.
5.Forecasting & anticipating problems and resolving the problematic situation before they manifest.
6. Initiate disciplinary procedure as & when required. Interaction with employees, Issue the absenteeism
