Term 1 2023
This is the detailed schedule for Term 1 2023 of the CA Program Timetable Yearly 2022-2024 which can be found on the
Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand website.
The purpose of the detailed timetable is to provide further detail as to important dates for you during your study. It should be
used in conjunction with the key events and study planning information available in My Capability at the commencement of the
subject.
Please also note the following points:
Dates in this detailed schedule may be subject to change. Any changes will be advised during the subject via My
Capability.
Applications for Special Consideration must be lodged within 5 days of the due date of the relevant assessment or
workshop, for which the illness or misadventure was experienced.
CASM is the optional CA Study Masterclass.

A change to the enrolment open date for Term 1 2023 was made on 7 November 2022. Enrolment open was previously
published as 8 November 2022 but has been updated to 11 November 2022.

Detailed schedule Term 1
The census date is the last day a candidate may withdraw from a subject without academic grade penalty (Withdrawn).
Candidates who withdraw on or before the census date will be eligible for a full refund (100%) of their tuition fees paid.
Candidates who withdraw from a subject after the census date will not be eligible for a refund and will receive a ‘Withdrawn Fail’
(WF) result in the subject.
Note that for Term 1 we have two offerings of Ethics and Business, one which is offered in December 2022 (EB/A) and one
which is offered in January 2023 (EB/B). When you log into My Capability – Program l to complete your subject enrolment into
EB/A or EB/B please ensure you are selecting the correct offering of Ethics and Business. This can be identified via the term
column T1/A (EB/A) or T1/B (EB/B) and when selecting workshops identified as Stream A (EB/A) or Stream B (EB/B).
Workshops
Saturday or Sunday from 9.00 am to 1.45 pm
Please note that the overall time commitment for the workshop is from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm due to expectations around the
group presentation component of Assessment 2. Please ensure you make allowance for these commitments.
