    1. Add words “During Discharge” 00:00:01 - 00:00:05 top right


    a. Provider should say out loud “Here are your discharge instructions”
    b. Remove wife from scene
    2. Music without CHLOE should change to more sad music, less upbeat up to 00:00:23
    a. Add wording “Patient is readmitted” at 00:00:23 (ambulance scene)
    3. Music WITH CHLOE is fine
    4. Add a slide like “one week later.” at 00:00:26 (after ambulance scene) that says the following:
