DESIGN OF
MOLECULE-BASED MEMRISTIVE MATERIALS
A memristive material provides Resistance
tunability with the history of charge passed.

Each junction mimics the behavior of a

biological synapse.

Electronically it is possible to build a

perceptron unit based on Memristive
junctions.

This field represents a freshly new research

topic (since 2008), great opportunity for
technology development.
