support this MLSE has created 5 new Sales teams based on the main brands. Each team member having specific p
brand.
MLSE is looking to leverage the large online awareness by creating a singular “Contact Us Form” which prospects c
products of interest, and will subsequently create and route opportunities, taking into consideration pre-existing relat
brand-product territory of each team member, and a team members capacity.
To make sure that the role out of this form-to-team member queue is well adopted by reps and leaders alike, MLSE
charts and reports that show the performance of team members, brands, and products.

Story
As a prospect, I am able to fill out a form submission with my contact information, brands of interest,
and products of interest
As a team member, I am automatically assigned any un-owned opportunities that aligns to my brand
and product territory, provided I have open capacity
As a team member any Opportunities for prospects I have that I have a pre-existing relationship with
are indicated as a higher priority.
As a team member I receive a notification of any opportunities for prospects I have a pre-existing
relationship with that are assigned to other team members
As a team member, updating wither the Brand or the product will reassign the opportunity to the
appropriate team member based on Brand Product territory
As a Team Member I am able to review a dashboard that shows how well the business is doing relative
to each Team Member, Brand, and Product.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Contact information > First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number
2. Brands/Products of Interest > see data and details tab
3. Duplicate contacts are not created
1. Assignment is automatic either upon creation of a new opportunity or opening up of capacity by closing of an existing oppo
2. Team members are never assigned more open opportunities than there capacity
3. Opportunity assignment aligns to Brand-Product territory of a given team member
4. Team member is notified upon assignment of opportunity
