Floater/Non Floater:

This feature is enabled only for “Bharat Sookshma Udayam”

and “Bharat Laghu Udayam” products. Users can now issue
both Floater and Non Floater Policies thru V3 App

Multi Location:

Provision to add more than one risk location and upto 75

locations for a policy.
Provision enabled to clone the existing location along with
all the coverages

Top Location:

System automatically tag the Top Location basis on the

higher sum insured among all locations.
Sections:

Can add multiple sections apart from Fire section for

“Bharat Sookshma Udayam” and “Bharat Laghu Udayam” products
and for “Bharat Girha Raksha” Fire section will only be
enabled.

Section wise SI Components, Additional Structures,

Additional Contents and Valuable Contents provisions will
be enabled to provide the data based on the selection of
“Policy Coverage” type.

Default base covers at component level will be enabled with

SI values automatically and for few covers like “Loss of
Rent” and “Rent for alternative accommodation” additional
inputs to be provided.

Top Location:

System automatically tag the Top Location basis on the

higher sum insured among all locations.
Fire Section SI:

Auto Calculation of Fire section Sum Insured based on

Carpet Area and Construction cost and vice versa i.e.
reverse calculation of construction cost.

Policy Tenure:

Enabled Short-Term, Annual and Long-Term tenure modes based

on the product selection i.e. for “Bharat Griha Raksha” all
the three mode will be available and Short-Term & Annual
will only be available for other two products.

Co-Insurance:

Provision to provide co-insurance details which includes

Leader, Member, Share(%),..etc and the percentage of all
should be 100%
Optional Covers:

System will enable Optional covers like Personal Accident,

Declaration of floater based on the product and user has
to provide the required details.

Customer Acceptance:

Provision enabled to trigger an SMS link to customer’s

Mobile to view the draft “Quote Cum Proposal” and accept
the proposal by providing the signature digitally.

Deviations:

Based on the below deviations the tasks will be referred

to Underwriting Team in Common Interface for action

Last five transactions:

On the landing page user will find the sliding tiles of

his/her last five transactions done in Zing Insta (V3)
application, on clicking the sliding tile user will be
navigated to the respective task.

Know more about:

On the footer of the landing page few content has been

enabled for the users to understand better on App new
features and new products.
On clicking the tile a pop-up will be displayed with
relevant information or content with previous and next
options on the slides.

Apart from the above mentioned, many more new features were

applications.
