    above stated project.
    In view thereof, we would like to request a payment amounting to, Philippine Pesos: ONE
    HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS & 52/100 (Php
    125,970.52).

    Attached herewith are the breakdowns of our accomplished scope of works and project
