ONION GARLIC SKIN TEA

Onion Garlic Skin Tea Recipe:

1. Peel off 2 onions' skin and 5 garlic cloves' skin.


2. Collect them in a bowl and wash them in clean water to
remove fungus if any.
3. Boil them in 1 cup of water for 3 minutes.
4. Strain off the skins with a sieve and collect the boiled water.
5. Add 1 spoon honey into it(optional).
6. Drink it warm 15-20 min. before you sleep.
BANANA CINNAMON TEA

Banana Cinnamon Skin Tea Recipe:

1. Peel off 2 riped bananas.


2. Cut the dark corners of skin and wash them in clean water to
remove fungus if any.
3. Boil them in 1 cup of water for 3 minutes.
4. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder into it while boiling.
5. Strain off the skins with a sieve and collect the boiled water.
6. Add 1 spoon honey into it(optional).
7. Drink it warm 15-20 min. before you sleep.
