ND-DQR-TPC-P1-0397 of 040-FV-401, with reference to DOR’s letter D -DQR-TPC -2314 dated 12*-Dec-2011, please to be informed that: - Since the defect was fully evidenced by DQR’s letter D -DQR-TPC -2314, DOR have received no written rectification proposal from TPC till now. As per our record, TPC fails to provide a proposal for rectification of DEFECTS according to Clause 27.2,-or fails to initiate corrective action pursuant to its obligations under this Clause 27 or fails to complete such corrective action within the minimum reasonable period. Therefore, pursuances to Clause 27.7, OWNER send this notice to reserve the right to correct or to employ others to correct the PLANT.
