SUBJECT : Spot Report on Theft, Violation of RA 10591 and BP Blg. 6

DATE : March 12, 2023

1. On March 12, 2023, at around 2:00 PM, a Theft incident that transpired at
Brgy. Soyung Echague Isabela wherein the victim identified as Jomico Dumaliang y
Gadduang, 30 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of same place, while
the suspect identified as Liane Gregorio y Diola alyas “Palos” 28 years old, single,
unemployed and a resident of Dubinan East, Santiago City.

2. Investigation disclosed that at about 1:00 PM of March 12, 2023, victim

personally reported to this office and alleged that at about 3:30 AM of march 12, 2023
while the victim was playing his plays store inside their house, he noticed the presence
of the suspect in front of their door holding two (2) cellular phones and about to leave
the prompted the said victim to confront him but instead, said suspect run away and
boarded in his single MC. At this juncture, victim immediately tried to accost the
suspect but he failed to do so. At about 1:30 PM of same date, victim saw again the
suspect on board his driven motorcycle. At this point, the victim tried to stop accost the
suspect but the suspect proceeded at the National Highway and entered at Cabugao
Junction and upon reaching the vicinity of Brgy. Taggapan, the suspect crashed from
his driven motorcycle and fell on the ground. The victim again continued to accost the
suspect but the suspect managed to run towards old public cemetery in Brgy. Cabugao.
Immediately, the victim reported the incident to this office, thereby, personnel of this
office together with the victim conducted hot pursuit operation that resulted in the arrest
of the suspect and recovered from his possession and control two (2) pieces cellphones
describe as one (1) sonny cellphone marked as WAV 03/12/2023 and one (1) Intel
cellphone marked as WAV-1 03/12/2023 with a total amount of Php. 10, 000.00 (stolen
from the victim), one cal 22 revolver marked as WAV-2 03/12/2023 loaded with five (5)
live ammunitions marked as WAV-3 03/12/2023, WAV-4 03/12/2023, WAV-5
03/12/2023, WAV-6 03/12/2023, WAV-7 03/12/2023, knife marked as WAV-8
03/12/2023 and one (1) sling bag marked as WAV-9 03/12/2023.

3. The accused and the recovered items together with the motorcycle used were
brought to this office for documentation and proper disposition. Progress Report to
