KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that in terms of Rule 35 the Defendant hereby requires the
Plaintiff to make discovery on oath within 21 days of receipt hereof of all documents relating
to any matter in question in this action (whether such matter is one arising between the
Plaintiff and the Defendant or not) which are or have at any time been in the possession or
control of the Defendant.
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that in terms of Rule 35 (8) the Plaintiff is hereby
required to specify in writing, particulars of dates and parties of to any document intended to
be used at the trail of this action on behalf of the Plaintiff.
AND TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that in terms of Rule 35 (6) the Defendant requires the
Plaintiff to make available for inspection within seven (7) days after delivery of his Discovery
Affidavit aforesaid, all documents which are referred to therein and which are not privileged.
AND TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that in terms of Rule 35 (10) the Defendant requires the
Plaintiff to produce at the hearing of this matter, the originals of all documents discovered by
it as aforesaid, not being privileged documents.
