A. The conceptualization of the project - This phase will let a team conceptualize a project. It is a
broad level of present the idea and purpose of the project. the feasibility. present the
profitability of the project. this phase is usually developed in coordination with the business
development team.
B. The planning - If the project is approved, planning must be done on how to accomplish it. It is
to plan how to materialize the concept. The specifics must be determined such as the objectives,
the location, the function, the necessity of the project, picking the market. Aside from specifics,
the planning group should come up with the criteria or checklist to ensure the success of the
project on the. Finalize the goals of the project and the activities needed to achieve them, the
estimated time needed to accomplish the goals, and the cost needed to accomplish the project.
Surveying of location is also included in the planning stage. Acquiring plans from site
development, architects, and other engineering trades must be done. Teams must be formed to
do specific roles and responsibilities.
C. Project Execution - it is where the plans must be put into action. truly materialize the
concepts and the plans. Allocating resources is also included in this phase.
D. Performance and Project monitoring - Along side with project execution, the project is being
monitored and evaluated if it is within the schedule and the performance of each team is doing
well. it is the phase where in deliverables are checked to be done with quality and ensuring that
the project is withing the budget as planned. Monitoring of changes due to unforeseen issues or
problems is in this phase.
E. Project Close-out - it is to discuss the overall performance of the project. Discussions of
accomplishments as well as failures are discussed in this phase to ensure improvement
