Abstract: This study examines the impact of employment status on the behavioral
intention of working professionals towards cryptocurrency adoption. The research aims
to understand how the employment status of individuals influences their attitudes,
perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use of cryptocurrencies, which, in turn,
affect their intention to adopt cryptocurrencies. The study employed a quantitative
approach, collecting data through a structured questionnaire administered to a sample
of working professionals across different industries. Multiple regression analysis was
used to analyze the data and test the hypothesized relationships.

The findings of the study revealed that employment status significantly influenced
behavioral intention towards cryptocurrency adoption. Specifically, participants who
were employed full-time exhibited a higher behavioral intention compared to those who
were employed part-time or self-employed. The study also found that attitudes towards
cryptocurrencies, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use played mediating
roles in the relationship between employment status and behavioral intention.

The implications of this study highlight the importance of considering employment status
as a significant factor when examining individuals' intentions to adopt cryptocurrencies.
Organizations and policymakers can utilize these findings to develop targeted strategies
and interventions to promote cryptocurrency adoption among different employment
groups.
