Oil Gms 50 Method:


Fish cubes kg 1
Heat oil in the handi,add onion paste
Onion paste Gms 100
and sauté over medium heat, until
Onion Fried Gms 100 brown, add ginger garlic paste, all
Coconut milk Ml 100 the powdered masala ,add chopped
Fine chopped Gms 80 tomato ,cook well then add the
tomatoes tomato paste& add the coconut
Pureed tomato Gms 100 milk ,simmer it nicely, add fresh as
well as dried fenugreek then add fish
Coriander powder Gms 20 cubes. Bring it to boil & serve hot.
Turmeric Gms 15
Ginger Gms 20
Garlic Gms 20
Red chilli powder Gms 15
Kasoori methi Gms 10
Fresh chopped Gms 25
&fried fenugreek
