Hung curd Gms 200 Prawn,remove head & shell deveil it &
keep aside.
Mustard oil Gms 50
Marination-Mix all the ingredients
Yellow chilli pwd Gms 5 together & make a marinate, rub it on
Turmeric Gms 5 prawn.
Red chillies pwd Gms 10 Roast in a moderately hot tandoor for
8-10 minutes serve it with laccha onion
Dhania pwd Gms 5 lemon wedges & mint chutney.
