Respected Sir,
 
1.    We have supplied many hydraulic trainers all across India and abroad, from IIT’s to ITI’s. One of the
latest 2.39 CR worth order from the world skill center Bhubaneswar has been completed successfully
and got money. We offer excellent student’s workbook & instructor's guide which in this field none of
those who you have qualified, ever provide without failing in test of plagiarism.
 
2.    DVET past performance criteria as stipulated in Annex (F) using DVET orders is against natural justice
and very partial in its approach and is anti GST policy of India as a federal nation. Please note that M/s.
Universal engineering Agra, M/s. Technology Exchange Services Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad surely they too
have not supplied any hydraulic trainers to DVET in past yet you have qualified them? they are
essentially traders, since they routinely buy from us other training systems, now they stand qualified!!
However we have supplied 62 Nos. Aluminium profile work stations / Bench to PCMC Govt. ITI Morwadi,
which is under control by DVET hence please accept our performance statement ANNEXURE-
F. (Attached PO Copy & Invoices are attached in our Technical Bid)
 
3.    M/s. Edupedia Technologies, New Delhi though disqualified now, eventually you may qualify them
since M/s. Edupedia Technologies regularly purchase S7-200 PLCs from M/s. KUKSONS ELECTRONICS
PVT. LTD, Pune (Last time Hydraulic trainer supplier).
 
4.   In that case you cannot qualify M/s. Digitech Controls and Systems, Pune and M/s. Edupedia
Technologies concurrently since both are quoting Make DIGITECH which is against CVC guidelines,
(Manufacturer and traders cannot quote together in one tender). Please note that M/s. Digitech
Controls and Systems, supplied Pneumatic trainers in the last tender that too Janatics Make and not
Hydraulic trainers so they should be actually disqualified. This time in this tender how Digitech shows as
Digitech make in your tender, please check their credentials as trader or manufacturer based on
MSME/ISO certificate.
 
5.    Thus only ANSHUMAN Tech Pvt.Ltd. Pune should qualify since we are MSME manufacturer, exporter
with all the performance needed and son of the soil company of maharashtra. As per clause No. 11
Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC Point No. H (3.1.2.8) Priority given to state suppliers. Thus in your tender
you have clearly mentioned preference for local company as other states do in respective states. Then
why not apply this criteria & qualify us?!
 
6.  In your tender technical specifications photo has been copied from our Leaflet only, still you are
disqualifying us which is injustice to our company, hence requested to qualify our bid for financial
evaluation. PFA all over India and abroad performance certificates, purchase orders, Invoice for your
ready reference. (77 Pages) actually in the technical bid we attached 149 pages. (Please check carefully)
