Reason a country may not want to reduce its natural increase

If there are more births than deaths over a period, natural increase will have a positive contribution
to population growth.

The number of people contributes to the development of greater human capital. This is because the
more people there are, the more likely they are to find a genius like Marie Curie or Beethoven. These
individuals can help us develop new technologies and cultural masterpieces. There are many factors
that contribute to this, but the world's growing population is one of the most important factors that
can affect the development of new scientific and technological innovations.

Implement a pre-natal care system-The goal of the model is to improve the quality of prenatal care
in regional systems. It focuses on the early childhood and healthy women before they become
pregnant.

Emphasize breast feeding- One of the most important factors that can reduce Infant mortality is
breastfeeding. It can provide a baby with all the nutrients and enzymes it needs to stay healthy. It
can also help strengthen the immune system by allowing mothers to create new antibodies in real
time.

Implement vaccination programs- Vaccination is a vital component of infant health care. It can
protect infants from a wide range of life-threatening diseases, such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, and
measles. Every year, the Government of Guyana should support the immunization program by
providing vaccines and equipment, as well as operational costs.

Provide health equity training for all staff to improve knowledge and the skills -To ensure that
employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement health
equity in their work, the Health Equity Training program is designed to enhance the knowledge and
skills of all staff members.
