This is to confirm that I have applied for Short Term Loan( Loan Details) with TVS Credit Services
Ltd (TVS Credit ) and I have submitted the Officially Valid Document - OVD ((Voter ID/Aadhaar
Proof/Driving License/Passport/NREGA Card/NPR Letter) for KYC verification purpose to avail
the loan.

Please note that the said document does not contain my current address and hence I have
submitted Aadhar card document (Telephone bill, Gas Bill, Water Bill, Municipal Tax Receipt, ,
Bank passbook statement – Here, pls mention as applicable) classified as Deemed OVD for the
limited purpose of “proof of address” as per the PMLA/RBI directions.

Here with, I confirm that I will update my current address in the OVD and submit the same to
TVS Credit within ninety (90) days from the date of disbursement of the loan. I also
understand that in the event of default in complying with the said requirement, TVS Credit will
put on hold any further disbursement and shall levy an additional penal interest of 2% until
such time the KYC requirement is fulfilled as per the PMLA/RBI directions.
