The crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic spread across national borders. It affects
every individual setting aside whatever nationality, gender, level of education, and the income
they have. On the other hand, education is also no exception. The crisis has shown up many
insufficiencies and unjustness in the educational system. The lockdown of the borders in
response to the pandemic has interrupted many conventional schoolings and caused
nationwide school closure. And to concerted efforts. Students are depending more on their
resources to continue learning. While teachers need to take up adjustments to the new mode
of learning delivery and pedagogical concepts in teaching. (Scheicher, 2020)
In Germany the closing of ten thousand schools brings consequently teachers to face
significance challenges in supporting their students learning and development online. The
situation brough by the covid-19 pandemic has caused precedence challenges to teachers in
requiring them to adopt online teaching in no time. And as teaching and learning process is only
possible through alternative mans in schooling in this new normal. It also requires teachers to
use various digital tools and resources in solving problems and implementing new approaches
to teaching, which makes it more challenging for them to teach in new normal. And beyond
instructional goals, teachers were also required to maintain contact with their students to
attain at least minimum communication with them. (European journal of teachers
