MANAGEMENT SUMMARY
Ube Cucumber Chips is majority-owned by millennials who hold a bachelor’s degree in financial
management. With little support, the first management staffs are entirely dependent on the
founders. As we expand, we'll hire more assistance in a few crucial areas. Our fundamental principle
allows us to operate our senior management as a fellowship that engages in "knowledge exchange."
We do not increase our overhead until it is required. The initial staff support team will have to put
in more effort as a result. This will enable us to staff our store appropriately while maintaining as
low an overhead as feasible. This will also enable us and potential business partners to enjoy a
larger return and a faster investment income loss.
Ube Cucumber Chips is currently owned by its founders. When the time is right, all who have
contributed to the growth of this business endeavor will be given the chance to expand alongside it,
and when that moment comes, the founders' share will be consolidated into a single entity.
However, because of the investors’ other commitments, both professionally and personally, they
will not be taking part in the day-to-day management of the business. A manager will be hired
employees to oversee the overall operation.
The table below shows the product costing of "Ube Cucumber Chips." Ube Banana Crunch is one of
the main products in the store. This product will be used for the presentation. The total expenses of
this product alone are PHP561.00.
