SCOOPE OF WORKS

A. keparation works consist of
. Mob / Demobilization of equipments and working tools to the job site
. Safety coordination & communication

B. KALCRET BTX lining works at Housing Classifier Raw Mill NR.364-RM1 consist of :
. Clean up the surface and installation ofwire mesh
. Kalcret linhg works, 25 mm thickness
- Working duration : about 8 working days to complete the jobs
- Manpower : 1 supervisor, 8 skill workers and 6 helpers
. Consumables tools and Special Tools provided by PT. Kalenesia
. Accomodations, daily meals and transportation to and fiom workers quarters andjobsite provided by
PT. Kalenesia

C. Finishing area consist of:

. Clean up area from garbage material
D. Enviroment secure & dismatle
E. Scaffolding installed and dismantle by PT.Holcim Indonesia

OTHERS COIIDITIONS :

1 We shall be able to start the works within 2 weeks from the date ofreceipt ofyour written purchase order
2 PT. Holcim Indonesia has to provide 60A"/3-phase electrical supply near the job site and provide proper acces prior to the
arrival of our installation ieam
3 Our wire mesh to be welded on the steel casing ofduct
4 KALCRET hard compound to be prepared and applied according to instruction
5 After completion, the works area to be cleaned up before handling over
6 PT. Holcim Indonesia has to provide scaffolding

Price The above price exclusive PPn l0%, Franco Narogong Plant
Delivery Jakarta ready stock, subjet to prior sales
Terms (A) Materials - 30 days net upon receiving the material
(B) Installation 30 days net upon completion and handling over of the works
In case of delay due to unforeseen circumtances, progressive will be made for the job complete
Validity The quotation is valid till29 Juni2Al7
Warranty 12 months quarantee for the installation works properly
