activities are import, distribution, promotion, marketing, for new vehicles in whole kingdom.
Responsibilitie
Supervise logistics operations (Warehousing and Distribution) with dynamic team including Fleet Officers, Stock controllers, Data
entry, Dispatch controllers, Dispatch in Charges, Labors coordinated operations between them to ensure streamlined
operations, reported progress on the same to the Warehouse Manager.
Worked in warehouse / Stock yard as a data entry for new vehicles entry from seaport & papering report in oracle & access point
sales report on daily & month basis.
Worked in warehouse on oracle system internal & external transferring transactions for new vehicles & new vehicles entry in
oracle system.
Worked physically inventory monthly & yearly preparing reports in excel sheet & report to higher managements.

Preparing purchase order for new vehicles & uploading new orders GM invoices in oracle system & OWB GM system. Creating
new & old vehicles item codes & assigning to organization’s as per required ordering & sales team.
Sales reporting of daily basis monthly & yearly closing thru OWB & report to GENERAL MOTORS & higher management.
Submitting the new vehicles orders quantity with brands templates & creating sales forecast to provide the GM. Submitting CE
and CEx claims to General Motor Thru Sales Hawk.
Preparing request for new employee hiring thru oracle system.
Preparing purchasing requisition requested thru oracle system & submits to account dept for further action. Preparing & enter
new shipments detail for clearance from seaport online thru “FASAH”
