Here are a few other important laws that a larger company needs to

comply with, until the Labour Codes are made fully in force -
currently, only the Codes are passed, but they are not notified for
implementation as state governments have to finalise the rules.

If you want to expand your horizons and work in pan-India companies, large
corporations, manufacturing sector, banks, etc. you should know the following

13. Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
14. Payment of Gratuity, 1972
15. Payment of Wages Act, 1936
16. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and
Regulation) Act, 2013
17. Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923
