OVERVIEW SPECIFICS NOTES
DJ ARRIVAL DJ TO ARRIVE & SE UP NOTE:


DYNAMIX DJ to arrive and set up equipment for cocktail reception. Kassia will ensure a 6- Background music to begin by 4:15pm.
3:30 foot table with linen is available in the designated DJ section of the reception
space. Kassia to connect with DJ, and review playlists and song selections for
duration of reception.

BAND ARRIVAL BAND TO ARRIVE & SE UP NOTE:

DEPARTURE Shuttle will arrive to GCCC and begin departures to guest accommodations.

 Busses will make rounds to the following locations:

Bus will continue returning to GCCC to pick up more guests, until the last shuttle
