retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of
barricading from one location to another location as many
times as required during the execution of the entire work till

5. COMPLIANCE
Commercial-Compliance

Tenderers are required to upload self-attested/digitally signed scanned copy of
eligibility documents such as mandatory credentials, affidavit, partnership Allowed

The Bid Security shall be deposited either in cash through e-payment gateway

Bank Guarantee within the specified period shall lead to summary rejection of
bid. (iv) The Tender Security shall remain valid for a period of 90 days beyond

submitted should match with the details available in the scanned copy and the Allowed

(vi) The Bank Guarantee shall be placed in an envelope, which shall be

the envelope. (vii) The envelope shall be addressed to the officer and address
as mentioned in the tender document. (viii) If the envelope is not sealed and
marked as instructed above, the Authority assumes no responsibility for the
misplacement or premature opening of the contents of the Bid submitted and
consequent losses, if any, suffered by the Bidder. (Annexure-VII-A, as per

the successful Tender is not liable to be registered under

same to the concerned authority.

Technical-Compliances

Partnership deeds, Power of attorney, JV, LLP etc., as per clause No. 14 (i) to
(vi) and 15 of GCC Part-I corrected up to date. (As per GCC), Para 14(i) to

format of the certificate by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-XXIV. In
addition to Annexure-XXIV in case of other than Company/Proprietary firm.
Annexure-XXIV (A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a
Partnership Firm/Joint Venture (JV)/Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/Limited Allowed

certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It
shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit
