    The life of the people 100 years ago was very different from what it is today. For
    example , They did not have electricity , they only had cadles . There were no cars ,
    televisions or washing machines , so people had to wash by hand . Supermarkets didn’t
    exist so people had to cultivate their own food or change goods with their neighbours.
    Also, the education they had was different, since they didn't go to school up to the age 12.
