1. The company I chose was H&M

2. Hennes & Mauritz AB is a Swedish chain of clothing, accessories and


cosmetics stores with outlets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and
America.

We go back to 1947 to begin to know the history of H&M, when Erling


Persson opens the first Hennes (meaning "for her") store in the Swedish
city of Västerås, offering a collection of women's clothing.

In the 1960s, the first store was opened outside Sweden, in Norway.

In 1968, the founder acquired the Mauritz Widforss armory with menswear
and the company's new name was changed to the current Hennes & Mauritz.

In the 1970s, H&M starts trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. In


addition, the brand's first store outside the Nordic countries opens in
London.

In the 80's and 90's, the brand achieved a good international expansion in
new proximity markets such as Germany, Holland, Belgium, Austria,
Luxembourg, Finland and France.

In the new century, the first stores were opened in the United States and
Spain (2000). Subsequently, the brand acquired a presence in new European
markets and in the Asian continent.
2013 saw the launch of the new & Other Stories brand.

3. The clothing company H&M is no longer a trend since it has one of the
worst advertising campaigns in the world.

And the fact is that, as part of the promotion of its new clothing line, they
published a photo in which a child of African descent was wearing a
sweatshirt with the phrase "Coolest monkey in the jungle."
Simply put, this failed ad campaign caused several of the brand's supporters
to label the ad campaign as racist and demand its immediate removal.

the advertisements to avoid creating one of the worst ad campaigns and
losing a lot of money.

5. Make a good first impression


The focus should be on satisfying the customer's wishes from the beginning
and not just concentrating on presenting a good offer.
Attractive and appealing advertising with eye-catching colors.
Be aware of fashion trends.

Sell solutions to customer problems along with a good experience.


Today, consumers are no longer just buying products or services; they are
looking for solutions to their needs from companies that offer a good
experience.

Knowing these needs well and solving them is the way to multiply
conversions. A good sales strategy is based on showing the customer that
your product or service is the solution to their problem or the answer to
their need.

Know the context, concerns, wishes and desires of customers and highlight
the benefits and value of the product. In addition to offering good customer
service through different channels at all times.

Use new technologies or any mass media of communication.

The Internet has made available to the consumer a wealth of information


and new ways of accessing the purchase. Use new technologies to boost
sales.

Suggestions, opinion polls to know the customer's satisfaction with the


company.
6. I would say that the way I would submit my proposal would be
on the company's social networks (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook) with
eye-catching advertising, promoting that it is eco friendly.
