PROPOSAL #1

PROJECT TITLE
School Clinic Information Management System for St. Vincent de Ferrer College of Camarin

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
School clinics play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of students. These clinics are responsible
for providing first aid, routine medical check-ups, and managing chronic health conditions among students. However,
managing a school clinic can be challenging, and there is a need for an effective management system that can
streamline clinic operations, improve communication, and enhance patient care.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
• To digitalize and implement paper-less records.

• To develop a computer program that helps manage the daily operations of the school clinic, including tracking
student medical records, scheduling appointments, and managing medical supplies.

• To provide an efficient and user-friendly way for school staff to access student medical records, generate reports,
and communicate with parents about their child's health.

• To make the recording and retrieval of the patient's information easier.

PROJECT SCOPE
A computer program that helps manage the school clinic's daily operations. It tracks student medical records,
handles appointment scheduling, and manages inventory of medical supplies. The program will also provide an easy
way for school staff to access student medical records, generate reports, and communicate with parents about their
child's health.

PROPOSAL #2

PROJECT TITLE
Restaurant Management System for Fast-food Chains

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Most people nowadays prefer fast-food restaurants compared to regular restaurants. Aside from the
affordable and delicious meals, the service is even faster than in a restaurant. It's great for students and employees
who are on a tight budget and have little time to prepare meals. However, due to the growing popularity of fast-food
chains, there have also been more customer complaints about the services they provide.

The delay in fulfilling the customer's order is just one of several factors that contribute to this feeling of
discontent. But these problems can be solved by advancing communication technologies. The obstacles in the food
ordering process can be eliminated with the use of a networked and integrated system. By automating meal ordering,
billing, and inventory control, this restaurant management system can help the management of the fast-food chain in
operating more effectively and profitably.

This system is very easy to use because there is a guide on it, and the staff will guide you if you ever have a
hard time. It will also help disabled people because they will not have to stand in line for a long time when they order.
Additionally, it makes the area more appealing to the visitors. By using this system, you can offer your customers a
customized level of service while saving money. This includes everything from dining to ordering to paying and leaving
feedback.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
• To provide fast-food restaurants an efficient and digital ordering system so that customers don't have to wait for a
long time while they order.

• To make it easy for customers to browse and search the fast-food chain's menu.

• To help management in calculating an accurate inventory.

PROJECT SCOPE
The system will process the transaction and save the created data. This data will be used to create reports
that will help the manager in choosing the best course of action for the fast-food chain. For instance, the manager
can decide whether more service crews of cooks are needed according to the amount of customer for a specific
period.
