Joined Larsen & Toubro as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, Gained Experience in Site Execution, Store Management, Quality Assurance & Control,
Environment Health & Safety and Project Planning during the period of the training. After which I was given the total responsibility of the Project
Planning & Co-ordination of a transmission line project in Bangladesh.
Key Contributions:
● Project Management - Prepared schedules to complete the project within the given time frame, derived the resources required for the execution
of the project. Formulated the Budget for the execution of the project, prepared the monthly Job cost reports. Verification of the measurements of the
works executed, preparation of subcontractor bills, created and submitted the client invoices within the given time frame, reduced the bill processing
time cycle by 30%.

● Cost Estimation & Control - Derivation of the working unit rates of executable items. Floated the Request for Quotes (RFQ's), negotiated with the
suppliers and subcontractors for the rate finalization, envisaged savings of 22%.

● Quantity Estimation - Derivation of the good for construction quantities for the execution of the project, gave the manufacturing clearance for all
the items vital for execution with 100% accuracy with 0% wastage of material cost and time. Prepared the Bulk Material Reconciliation reports
for assessing the material requirements, wastages and control of the executable items.
● Supply Chain & Subcontractor Management - Co-ordinated with suppliers of Major items (Conductor, Insulators, Hardware Fittings, Tower
Parts & Stub, etc.), acquired the documents for the technical approval of the end customer such as the MQP, GTP, FAT, PAT Format and the drawings
of the items. Played a vital role in successfully conducting the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), PAT (Proto Assembly Test) & Load tests of major supply
items. Contributed in cutting down the lead time for import clearance through the ports by 33% . Onboarded over 150+ suppliers and
subcontractors, created 200+ Workorders.
● Risk Identification & Mitigation - Identified the risk, performed the risk assessment, prioritized the risks identified, tracked the risks,
implemented action plans to mitigate the risk.

● Verbal/Written Communication - Well versed in verbal & written communication, experienced in drafting formal communication to the customer
in the form of Letters / Emails. Organised monthly team meetings with the top management, presented the status of the project and documented the
Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with the deliverables, targeted time frame and the responsibility matrix.
